Part two is a 25-day plan (30 days if you forego the Fast Forward option) which also calls for four meals a day, but now draws from a broad but specific array of food choices. And with this part of the plan, you can easily drop a size in just one month. The Core is based on cutting edge research and three key rules that work in synergy to provide real and lasting results.

The book also includes chapters on emotional eating, falling in love with walking, and an entire chapter devoted to the health and weight loss benefits of the daily dark chocolate escape. On this plan you can shed pounds while enjoying satisfying recipes, such as Berry Almond French Toast, a Smoked Gouda and Grilled Onion Salad, Ginger Pear Smoothie, and Shrimp Creole. My Review:
I’m not the type of person who, in needing to lose weight, reads every diet book out there. But this book seemed different, so I thought I would give it a shot. First of all, the diet plan in this book INSISTS you eat chocolate every day! Dark chocolate to be exact.
Compared to milk chocolate eaters, those who downed dark
chocolate ate 15% fewer calories without even trying and
reported fewer cravings for sweet, salty, and fatty foods.
Another great food item that is supported in the SASS diet is almonds. In a recent study dieters who ate almonds daily experienced a 62% greater reduction in their body weight, a 50% greater loss in waist circumference, and a 56% greater loss of body fat compared to the group following a similar diet without almonds.
I’m a big fan of cheeseburgers and steaks, but you won’t find one red meat recipe in this book. All the “meat” recipes include either seafood, chicken or turkey {and there are vegetarian recipes also}. For that reason, I don’t  think I could ever follow the SASS plan completely. HOWEVER, there are many great tips and recipes that I would like to include in my diet plan and I would very much recommend this book to everyone.
