Infused with laughter, lovable animal characters, and captivating music, these animated episodes teach theology in a fun and entertaining way:
C.J. and Ned are shepherds for a day! Really, now tough can it be? But when wolves plan an attack, they learn first-hand it’s not as easy as it seems. Together they discover how Jesus, The Good Shepherd cares for His sheep.
My Daughter’s Review
She loved this show! There wasn’t a part of the show she didn’t like. I think if she had the opportunity to watch the whole series, she would. The episode she watched was The Good Shepard which teaches children about Jesus’ unfailing love for us much like a Shepperd loves his sheep. She understood the theme of it right away. She doesn’t have a favorite character yet, but I’m sure it won’t take her long.
My husband and I watched this show along with our daughter and while I can’t comment for him, I enjoyed it also. It was easy to watch and even had some funny parts to it. While the message was there – God loves you – it wasn’t said over and over taking away from the show itself. At the end, after the show was over, it brought up scenes from the show and played a sing-a-long song about the theme of the show. My daughter loved it and I would most definintely buy the rest of the series for her to watch. I highly recommend this series for all children.
